Outlook Rooflights
The Outlook range is a high quality product in a limited range of sizes meeting the basic needs of small builders without sacrificing material specification. Features include double, triple or even quadruple skins of UV enhanced polycarbonate glazing which is long lasting and highly durable complete with a 150mm high, unvented, uPVC kerb. It is easy to fit, install and is suitable for all traditional roof finishes with no internal decoration needed.
We can also offer a 300mm high uPVC kerb as well as various ventilation options.
A pole operated wormgear or an electrical linear motor can be provided with both the 150mm & 300mm kerbs. These work on the principle of a lifting frame separating the polycarbonate dome/pyramid rising away from the kerb. One side of the lifting frame is hinged offering a full opening of about 30 degrees.The other options, open & close & the powervent can only be used in the 300mm option uPVC kerb. The ventilators sit within the kerb
You may, if you wish, combine a open & close or a powervent ventilator with a pole operated wormgear or an electrical linear motor.
The Pole operated wormgear & the electrical linear motor are provided without any air/ventilation information. The electrical linear motor will need to wired to the mains and require an on/off switch.
Standard ventilation is two opposing sides only (being the long sides on a rectangular unit)
The Open & Close ventilation per side is:
- 30mm & 780mm unit - 90sq cm per side (2 per kerb as standard)
- 930mm to 1230mm unit - 180sq cm per side (2 per kerb as standard)
- 1530mm to 2430mm unit - 270sq cm per side. (2 per kerb as standard)
The Power ventilator works on a 240v AC electrical motor, giving a variable 190/380 cubic meters per hour or 53/105 litres per second, and can we wired in the mains. An on/off switch will be required. We only supply one ventilator per unit as standard.
